Welcome to Market Demand Farms. We are located conveniently close to Sunland Park Racetrack in the farm lands of the upper valley. We are located on 80+ acres between Las Cruces and El Paso on Hwy 28 in Chamberino, NM. Our doors are always open for visitors, please call in advance so we can plan to show you around.

We are a full service equine facility located in the Southern New Mexico area. We offer complete care for your horse from birth to sales preparation, breaking and training, to mare care and breeding.
